Co-Founder | Hospitality Leader | Educator | Industry Advocate
Jonathan “Nathan” A. Barroga is a visionary hospitality leader and one of the Philippines’ most respected and multi-awarded hoteliers. With a distinguished career spanning hotel operations, education, consultancy, and industry leadership, he continues to play a pivotal role in shaping the hospitality and tourism landscape both locally and internationally.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management (BSHM) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA), reflecting a strong foundation in operational excellence and strategic leadership. His professional experience includes senior hotel management roles in the Philippines and abroad, where he has earned a reputation for innovation, integrity, and service excellence.
Nathan currently serves as CEO and President of ACHIEVE Career and Business Consultancy, ACHIEVE Institute for Technical Vocational and Lifelong Learning, Inc. Center for Tourism and Hospitality and Business Technology and Group General Manager of Newtown Plaza Hotel, Travelite Hotel, and Travelite Express Hotel, properties recognized for their commitment to quality service and guest satisfaction.
Beyond his executive roles, he is a dedicated educator and mentor, serving as an Associate Professor in leading universities where he teaches Hospitality and Tourism Management. His unique integration of academic insight and real-world practice has made him a highly respected figure among students and professionals alike.
He holds multiple international professional certifications, including Certified Hospitality Management Professional (CHMP) and Certified Tourism Management Professional (CTMP), and is a Senior Member of the Royal Institute of Singapore (SMRIHosM). He is also a DOT-Accredited Trainer for the Filipino Brand of Service Excellence and a TESDA-Accredited Competency Assessor with multiple tourism qualifications.
Nathan is also the President of the Up North Business Club and a Board Director of the Association of TVET Trainers and Accredited Competency Assessors, actively advocating for professional development, industry collaboration, and sustainable tourism.
A sought-after international speaker, he has shared his expertise across Asia and beyond. His contributions have earned him numerous accolades, including Asia’s Outstanding Multi-Awarded Hotelier, Outstanding TVET Trainer, and Most Trusted and Outstanding Professional Hotelier of the Year.

Erwin G. Narito exemplifies Filipino excellence in global hospitality, with over 12 years of experience in hotel operations and guest service leadership across international brands.
He currently serves as Duty Manager at Staybridge Suites Dubai Financial Centre, an IHG property, where he plays a key role in delivering world-class guest experiences and operational excellence. His professional journey includes leadership roles with Holiday Inn Dubai – Al Barsha and JA Resorts & Hotels, where he developed strong expertise in front office operations, guest relations, and team development.
Erwin’s commitment to service excellence has earned him international recognition, including the Silver Award – Best in Front Office Category at the Middle East Hospitality Excellence Awards and recognition as a Filipino Achiever in the UAE.
Beyond hotel operations, Erwin is deeply involved in industry advocacy and professional networking. He is the Content Creator of Amazing Filipino Hoteliers and formerly served as International Chairman of the United Hoteliers of the Philippines, Inc. (UHP), consistently championing Filipino talent on the global stage.
He holds a degree in International Hospitality and Hotel & Restaurant Administration from Lyceum of the Philippines University – Batangas and remains committed to uplifting hospitality professionals through leadership, inspiration, and collaboration.
