HCI membership is designed for professionals actively shaping the hospitality and tourism industry.

WHO CAN JOIN

1. Industry Leadership Role

Must be an active manager, supervisor, department head, or executive in the hospitality and tourism industry, and/or an owner, co-owner, or operator of a hospitality or tourism-related business.

2. Business Ownership & Operations

Owners and operators of hotels, resorts, restaurants, travel agencies, tour operations, event venues, and other tourism-related enterprises are qualified to apply.

3. Professional Experience

Must have relevant professional experience in hospitality or tourism operations, management, consultancy, education, or related leadership roles.

4. People Management Responsibility

Must be directly involved in handling teams, managing staff, or leading operational units, demonstrating responsibility for people development and service excellence.

5. Commitment to Professional Standards

Must uphold ethical business practices, professionalism, and internationally recognized hospitality standards.

6. Active Industry Engagement

Must be actively employed, operating, or practicing within the hospitality and tourism sector at the time of application.

7. Advocacy for Learning & Collaboration

Willing to participate in professional discussions, knowledge-sharing, industry forums, and collaborative initiatives of HCI.

8. Alignment with HCI Values

Must support the mission, vision, and objectives of Hoteliers Club International, including leadership excellence, service quality, and sustainable tourism.
